Spike Shooter Energy Drink – Original Flavor

new atlas bev 059 300x225 Spike Shooter Energy Drink Original FlavorSpike shooter is the ultimate energy drink. Second-to-none, this hardcore energy drink comes with plenty of warnings. The original flavor is not listed on the can, but it's some sort of fruit punch.

The Spike Shooter original flavor is bright red and lightly carbonated. It smells like a melted cherry popsicle. The taste is like a very sweet cherry flavored soda, and is very drinkable. It doesn't have any of the nasty flavors that many other energy drinks have.

new atlas bev 0511 255x300 Spike Shooter Energy Drink Original FlavorThe real thing that makes spike energy drink unusual is it's potency. It has 25,000% of the recommended daily value of vitamin B-12, and that's not a typo. Spike Shooter ingredients contain an absorbable form of B-12 called methylcobalamin, which is said to reduce stress, increase healthy cell growth, but most importantly boost your energy. Caffeine is the third ingredient in the drink after water and citric acid. The 250mL can is said to have the same amount of caffeine as the largest starbucks coffee. In addition to both of these, the Spike Shooter formula has it's own secret recipe of mystery energy boosters.

new atlas bev 0531 173x300 Spike Shooter Energy Drink Original FlavorYou definitely will feel the energy too. On the first sip I can feel it in my jaw as the chemicals get absorbed. By the third sip it's already pumping energy throughout my body.  I've got some intense focus as I'm writing this, as is to be expected with energy drinks, but I didn't expect it to happen this fast. Continuing to drink the can, the effects continue, but remain relatively constant.

You get almost as much benefit from having a few sips as you do from drinking the whole can. If you drink it fast enough you will probably feel your heart start to beat faster, and may feel a little jittery. There's a reason they say not to ever exceed one can daily. I'm a pretty tall guy, but if you're a smaller person or under 18 I definitely don't recommend drinking a whole can. It will seriously affect you, and will probably not be a good experience.

It's best to drink Spike a few sips at a time. For general energy, keep an open can in the fridge and one or two sips in the morning will take the place of coffee. It sure beats a grande latte, and has no calories, carbs, or sugar. If you're trying to stay awake, drink the can slowly over a few hours and you will have no problem staying up for a long time. Drinking it all at once will not have as good of effects.

Spike Shooter is definitely the most extreme energy drink I have ever tried, and I'm surprised to say it actually tastes good. Drink with caution though.

this stuff is the best i ever had and really works! I definitely don't recommend it though. I didn't pay much attention when i first got it. Once I got id'd buying, and haven't used it since.

I absolutely love this stuff. You wont die from drinking it (such as James has said) unless you're taking blood thinners and decide you're going to drink the whole can in about 10 minutes.. I weigh 110 lbs and with one can get the jitters and a stomach ache, but a can is two servings, so WHEN YOU USE THE APPROPRIATE SERVING SUGGESTION there are no side effects besides increased heart rate and depending on your tolerance maybe a small case of the jitters. I personally love this stuff and get some clean energy from it when I drink it throughout they day. It's an amazing product.

my bf dared me to take chug one at around 630. For the rest of the night I had an off and on fever with chivers and crazy shaking. I couldnt control my body. It was honestly the scariest thing that has happened to me. I was very close to going to the hospital. My stomach ached for 24 afters also. Neveer making that mistake again!

This is the best energy drink, imo
I love the orange gold and the original. It goes down like very bubbly soda, and is about the same price as a monster or rb. More caffeine for your buck with this! :)

I work a lot and I tend to need energy and i need it fast coffee takes about an hour or two to set in redbull takes about 30 minutes but spike is my favorite i'm 6 foot 5 300 pounds and a half a can of spike can get me going and keep me going for hours. The people having bad experiences have taken the drink the wrong way by chugging it or drinking to much without knowing the side effects. What you should do is drink a few sips wait 30 minutes then see how your body is reacting, once again this is a very powerful drink and should be used properly so something bad doesn't happen.

Must agree with poopy. I can only blame myself because I didn't read the label. I assumed it was like a red bull and although I saw the warning label I assumed they were being overly caucious to prevent law suits. I drank about 3/4 of the can then almost immediately became feverish, sweating, hot and cold all at once. A little later I felt fluttering in my chest. As I write this I'm still nauseous and it's been seven hours since I drank it. I recommend to drink it with caution. In hindsight I agree with Drake's suggestion of taking a few sips throughout the day.

Only problem with this drink is that the general population's IQ is about 4. Great taste for such a sick kick and relatively no crash. Probably one of the best energy drinks i've ever had! That being said, DON'T CHUG IT until you know your tolerance or you will end up like above retards..

    Spike on my friends {=

I drink two cans each day (most days), spaced about five hours apart. No issues here. But I do have an ungodly tolerance for caffeine.

Am I the only one who has NEVER gotten sick from an energy drink? Feverish? Seriously? I've never even got sick to my stomach. Although granted I have a VERY VERY HIGH tolerance for caffeine.
Also I think being ADD and ADHD probably has something to do with my high tolerance for caffeine. Seeing as how small amounts of caffeine help me fall asleep.

Also I can chug Monster Nitrous drinks and only feel a refreshing buzz that probably comes from the Nitrous inhalation. mmmmm....Nitrous....powerful for the car AND YOU!
    lol

one time me and my friend went to the gym at 4 in the morning. we drank a can a piece. at first we just felt really hyper and jumpy like we didnt wanna stop moving, but then we started getting sweaty so we walked home. we got inside and my hands started to feel clammy and i started breaking out in a sweat. i randomly started to freak out and my heart started beating REALLY fast. I went outside to try to walk it offf cuz i was scared and it was colder outside. i went back inside and i layed down, and i started trembling really bad. i was shaking! but i got a looong bath, and started to calm down a lil and i started to feel fine again. something i willl never drink again tho, i did not like that feeling. at ALLL!
